How Can I Add Math Formulas to Skillways Pages?

Skillways Content Editor: Math Authoring

Skillways uses MathJax for its math language/code on content pages. The Mathjax editor can be accessed on content pages by hitting Shift + $ on your keyboard. In the yellow code box that appears, either type out your desired Mathjax code directly in the editor, or use an external tool to visually author your math content and then paste the generated Mathjax code into the yellow content editor in Skillways. 

Note: While most LaTex code is compatible with MathJax, there are some items that do not translate properly. Therefore, it is recommended to use MathJax code specifically when authoring in Skillways.

Please note

• Mathjax content currently cannot be added to Advanced Content Display items, or pages where Advanced Content Display items live.
• Mathjax content currently cannot be added to tables in Skillways. If you would like to have math appear in a table, using a Mathjax table generator is the recommended workaround.
